For the Rheingau Delicacy Weeks around May 1st, we open our cellar and kitchen doors and pamper you in the traditional way.
Delicious delicacies are prepared for you by our kitchen team. From traditional Rheingau dishes such as Spundekäs or Handkäs to fine reinterpreted dishes like sheep cheese under a pastry cover or smoked trout from our own smokehouse.
Perfectly matched to the culinary delights from the cellar, which you can enjoy either comfortably in our courtyard with a Mediterranean flair or at the wine tasting ladder in the wooden barrel cellar.
